Privacy notice

What the console collects, why, and how to change it. Updated July 2026.

TapDeck Systems Inc ("TapDeck", "we") runs an independent console for the Square platform. This notice explains, plainly, what happens to the details you give us when you browse, send the contact form, or use the sign-in.

What we collect

The contact form sends us the name, email, phone and message you type. The square login lane handles the credentials you enter only to pass you to your console; we do not build a picture of your takings. Our servers keep ordinary technical logs such as IP address, device type and pages requested.

Why we hold it

We use your details to answer you, to help set up your lanes, and to keep the console secure. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies

A small set of cookies remembers your choices and shows us which pages help. Accept or decline the non-essential ones from the banner, and clear them in your browser whenever you like.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold, ask for a fix, or ask us to delete it. Write to the base below and we will respond in a reasonable time.
